Robert “Bobby” Upton, 57, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on March 9, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born on January 30, 1968, in Louisville, Kentucky, son of Rex and Karen Upton.

Bobby was a gifted painter, known for his incredible talent and attention to detail in every project he took on. His work brought beauty and color to many homes and businesses, and his skill and dedication to his trade were widely admired.

Beyond his professional life, Bobby cherished spending time with his family. He was a devoted father, son, and friend, always eager to lend a hand or share a laugh. He was also an avid sports fan, particularly when it came to IU basketball, and his enthusiasm for the team was infectious.

Bobby is survived by his son; Sean Bays(Lindsay); mother, Karen Upton; father, Rex Upton; sister, Kimberly Bandy(Chuck); granddaughter, Corinna Bays; along with 4 nieces, Kady(Maddie), Karoline(Joe), Chloe, Claire; great nephew, Baby Joe.

There will be a visitation held on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 3-5pm with service to follow at Legacy Funeral Center, 921 Main Street, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.
