Judith Icilma Frank, formerly of Antigua and Barbuda and last resided in the Bronx, New York, passed away on February 14, 2025 at the age of 77.
Judith was born on February 26, 1947 to the late Isaline Frank and Tyrill Beazer in Codrington Village, Barbuda and migrated to Antigua in the 1960's -- initially residing in the Point Area before moving to the Villa Area around 1980.
Judith worked for many years at the Shell Inn in Antigua, earning the love and admiration of both friends and guests who lovingly nicknamed her ‘Boss Lady'. She migrated to the United States in 1985 and was a much beloved member of the Taft High School family where she worked for 20 years until her retirement.
Judith leaves to cherish her memory her children Ronald Frank Sr. and his wife Hilda, Emerson George and Stacey George. She was the beloved grandmother of Deanna George, Ronald Frank Jr., Hilliary Frank, Kendall Brown, London George and Hunter George. She was like a mother to her nieces and nephews Wendy Nicholas, Shawn Frank, Candida Gibson and Clint Nicholas.
Also mourning are her siblings G. Candace Beazer, Cedric Beazer, Myrna Beazer, Keith Beazer, Avril Beazer, Lenore Beazer, Yvonne Beazer, Valerie Thomas, Daphne Beazer and Tyrone Beazer. She was predeceased by her siblings George Morris, Adie Frank, Percival Francis and Tulip Burton.
Judith loved her family and friends near and far, but was especially close to Adie Joseph, Thora Abraham, Yvonne and Victor Frank, Lawrence Webber, Steadroy and Cassilla Webber, the Hatch-Syretts in St. Maarten and their families.
Judith was a generous, caring and loving soul who was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
