Brandon Richter Obituary

Brandon M. Richter, 31, of Rockwood, went home to be with the Lord on February 14, 2025 in Hawaii. He is a son of Scott and Lorrie Richter. Brandon is preceded in death by his father, Scott; maternal grandparents, John and Jean Phillippi and paternal grandmother, Nancy Prinkey. He is survived by his mother, Lorrie (Mike McClintock) Richter; siblings, David McCormick Jr, Kala (Chad) Richter-Lloyd, Ryan (Rachel Baney) Richter and Ray (Alyssa) Richter; nieces and nephew, Elizabeth, Allyson, Sydney, Johnathan, Nevaeh, Summer, Josie, Jade and Peyton; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and many military brothers and sisters. Brandon was a BU Second Class Petty Officer in the United States Navy. He was currently stationed in Hawaii CBMU 303, where he served on multiple exercises and construction projects on military installations on the Islands of Oahu and Guam. Brandon also volunteered at many events, positively impacting hundreds of families in the community. Brandon was a family man and loved his family and especially his nieces and nephews dearly. He had a special way with children and always did whatever it took to make them happy. Brandon was a hard worker and had the ability to make anyone around him laugh. His infectious personality and loving heart will be greatly missed by all. Friends and family will be received at MILLER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY of Somerset on Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 1 pm to 8 pm and again on Friday, March 7, 2025 from 10 am until the time of service at 11 am.
