Ruth C. Rigsby, age 92, of Paintsville died Monday February 19, 2018. She was born October 16, 1925 in Tutor Key to the late Russell and Eula Daniel Castle. On December 25, 1944 in Paintsville she married William LeFrance Rigsby who precedes her in death. Additionally preceding her in death is one son Billy Rigsby. Survivors include: one son: James Michael Rigsby of Charleston, WV; one daughter: Leneda Fuller of Paintsville; two brothers: Ray Bob Castle of Tutor Key, Richard Joe Castle of Salyersville; one sister: Janet Sue Pack of Tutor Key; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Ruth was a member of the Paintsville United Baptist Church and was a collection supervisor for Citizens National Bank. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday February 20, 2018 at the Preston Funeral Home from 4 P.M. until 8 P.M. Funeral Services are scheduled for 11 A.M. Wednesday February 21, 2018 at the Paintsville United Baptist Church with visitation beginning at 9 A.M. at the church. Chris Rowland and Fred Salyer will officiate. Burial will follow at the Mayo Cemetery in Paintsville.
