It is with great sorrow that we must report the very sudden passing of our beloved husband and father Knut Timothy Conradi (Tim) at the age of 62 on February 14, 2025 in Denton TX.

Tim is survived by Janet (Bellemare,) whom he loved and cared for, for 38 years as well as his most loved sons Maxwell (29) and Charles (24) to whom he was devoted.

Also surviving are his brother Peter Jr., Jill, Andrew, Emma, and Matthew. His loving Aunt Mary Clayton (Hill) and Uncle Frederick (Butch) Aunt Donna, Michael, Emily, and Sam Conradi

He was a former resident of St.Catarines, Ontario and was looking forward to moving back to the Niagara region in retirement. He was a man who enjoyed many sports and played lacrosse as a young man.

He was happiest cheering on his favourite team the Kansas City Chiefs, basking in the glory of his favorite player Patrick Mahomes success as his Dodgers World Series win!

In accordance with his wishes, he has been cremated and will be buried in St.Catharines in April; time and date to be announced.

There is a small visitation at the Flower Mound Family Funeral Home on February 25, 2025 from 6-8PM for anyone here in Texas who would like to pay their respects.

He would appreciate that as he was always will to exchange banter.
