Hueniken, Lieselotte "Lilo" Passed away suddenly with her loving family by her side at the Hamilton General Hospital on Monday, September 21, 2015 in her 73rd year. Loving wife of Erdwin with whom she was married for 49 loving years. Dear mother of Christina (Brett Blundell) Oliver and Sarah (William Gadd). Cherished grandmother of Bennett and Alexandra. Dear sister of Margret Pfluegel (Carl), Klaus Manthey (Sue Pattinson) and dear aunt to her niece Joanne Pfluegel. Lilo will be greatly missed by her many friends; from those she met while antiquing, working out at the "Y", or in other encounters throughout her life, to those she has known for much longer. Her loving spirit will be carried in those who were fortunate enough to have been touched by her life. In keeping with Lilo's wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends are invited and encouraged to join with the family on Saturday, September 26th from 12 noon -2:00pm at the JAMES L. PEDLAR FUNERAL HOME, 1292 Pelham Street , Fonthill. The memorial service will follow at 2:00pm in the funeral home and will be followed by an intimate gathering at the family home. A private family interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery on a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
