Michelle Lynn Ramsey Collins, 58, went to be with her Heavenly father on Friday, February 14, 2025. The daughter of Jerry Richard Ramsey and Carolyn Faye Ramsey, she was born November 29, 1968 in Beaufort, South Carolina. She grew up attending schools in Moore, Oklahoma. Shelley was a devoted mother and grammy, she cared for people of all kinds, there was not a stranger that Shelley’s warm smile and charismatic approach did not leave a lasting impression on.

Shelley loved country music, animals and the beach! But nothing was as important as being with her grandkids whom she loved with all of her heart.

She will be fondly remembered as a loving mom, grammy, sister and friend to those who knew and loved her. She loved and cared deeply for her family and she will be held close to our hearts each day.
