Chad Eugene Coates passed away peacefully on Friday morning February 14, 2025. Chad was born December 21, 1976, to Donald E. Coates and Sharron F. Coates in Twin Falls Idaho, who both were waiting with open arms to see him again. Chad was the baby of the family and has 4 surviving siblings Darrell Coates (Kara), Jeramee Coates (Stefanie), Dawn Schmidt (Chris) and Pam Flaherty (John).

Chad married the love of his life Janice M. Hansen on May 20th 1995, in Twin Falls Idaho and had a wonderful 32 years together making their dreams come true and raising their 3 beautiful children together Chad Cameron (Britney), Scott (Keisha) and Taylor. Chads greatest joy in life were his children and the grandchildren they gave him. Nevaeh, Gracie, William, Wyatt, Jamison, Ava, Reed and Baby John who we did not get to spend time in this world with, Chad now gets to love on forever.

Chad is loved by many, and we will all remember him for how strong he was throughout his journey with all his medical issues but still managed to live life to the fullest.

Chad loved fishing, hunting, camping, Classic Cars, music, tattoos and most of all riding motorcycles with his family and friends. His most favorite thing to do was to sit around the fire pit BSing and socializing with family and friends. We all have lots of funny stories from our time around the fire pit with him!

Chad was a die hard Redskins Football fan, no matter how they played he stayed true to his team.

Chad has lots of family and friends waiting for him on the other side. His parents Don and Sherri, grandson Baby John, grandparents, uncles, cousins, nephew.

Chad has become a "HERO" to many, and we will all deeply miss him. He lives on in his children, grandchildren and all the hearts he touched!

There will be a celebration of Chad's life on Sunday, March 23, 2025, starting at 2:00 pm, held at Mountain View Barn; 392 E. 300 S., Jerome, ID. Please join his family in sharing memories and a meal. Food will be provided with a cash bar available for drinks.
