Diane Marie Triggs, a resident of Raceland, departed this life on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center. She was 68.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025 from 9am until the hour of service at 10am at Third Zion Baptist Church in Raceland. Interment in Morning Star Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Triggs leaves to cherish her memories her beloved husband, Larry Triggs; sons Larry E. and Joshua P. Triggs; brothers, Lawrence Murry (Frieda); sisters, Geraldine Battle, Debra Washington (James), Patricia Harkless (Charles) and Melinda Turner (Harold); brother-in-laws, Richard Triggs (Noella), Norman Triggs, Gary Shelby (Crystal); Calvin Smith, Sr., Gilbert Smith (Sharie) Herman Smith (Tiffany), Keith Green (Tony); sister-in-laws, Joyce Tardy, Glenda Jackson, Melanie Dawson (Ruben), Lisa Triggs, Shandra Streams, Sheila Green and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Barbara Murry; sister, Terry Triggs.
