Aubrey (Skibo) Woodward, 64, of Bridgeport, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025, at his residence. He was born in Loudin County, VA, on July 8, 1960, a son of the late William and Alice R. (Fletcher) Woodward.
He is survived by his wife, Jane Woodward, whom he married on April 11, 2003.
Also surviving are his son, Travis McIe and his wife Savannah of Sardis; and their children Adaline and Riley McIe; and his daughter, Sophia Lejeune of Fairmont, and her children, (Cam ron,) ́ Aaliyah, Trinity, and Cristobal Castro Torres. He also has family residing in Virginia.
Skibo had worked in the construction industry. He enjoyed tinkering on cars and spending time with his brother-in-law, Denny, and also enjoyed watching westerns. He had a special bond with (Cam ron,) ́ who was like a son to him and who he helped raise.
Friends will be received at Burnside Funeral Home, 607 S. Virginia Avenue, Bridgeport, on Friday, February 21, 2025, from 6 – 8 p.m. Following the visitation, Skibo will be cremated.
