Elizabeth Doty, age 82, of Cresco, IA, passed away on February 14, 2025 from a stroke.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, James and Barbara.
She is survived by her one sister, Janice, her daughter Susannah, and her two grandchildren, Anna and Andrew.
She embodied warmth, care, and generosity, deeply cherishing her friends, dogs, education, learning, and travel. Her career spanned diverse roles: from RN and ER nurse to a Flight nurse with the Air Force. She also excelled in quality assurance, risk management, and notably served as CEO of Regional Health Services in Howard County, Cresco, IA.
Elizabeth was a beloved mother, grandmother, and dear friend. Her presence brought warmth and love to all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
