We celebrate the life of Bruce Lei Wang, who passed away on February 14, 2025. He lived a life of devotion and dignity.

Bruce was born on February 5, 1956, in Beijing, China. His artistic talent was evident at a very early age. Bruce received his

master’s degree in art from the Beijing Teacher’s University. He worked as an illustrator at a medical publishing company in

Beijing. After immigrating to the U.S., Bruce worked at various design companies and freelanced as well.

Bruce was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed taking his family on outings and hikes. He worked tirelessly in the garden, constantly battling gophers, and became known as the neighborhood king of gopher trappers.

Above all, Bruce was devoted to his family. He and his wife, Nissi, raised their sons, Colin and Wesley, to be upstanding and decent persons.

Although Bruce’s life was too short, his legacy and spirit live on through his wife, Nissi, son Colin and daughter-in-law Karen,

grandson Leon, and son Wesley.
