CAROLYN KWASEK

Carolyn Kwasek, 77, of Grand Bend and formerly of Mitchell passed away peacefully at her home with her son by her side on Friday, February 14, 2025.

Daughter of the late William and Florence Elliot. Loving mother to her daughter Jody Patterson and to her son Elliot Kwasek. Beloved partner of Bob Ellison. Dear cousin of David Paulen (Blanche). Dear lifelong friend of Janis Murray and Dianne Ahrens.

Carolyn graduated from Waterloo Lutheran and went on to a career in banking with the TD Bank. She was born with a golf club in her hand and could often be found at her favourite place, the golf course. She was an avid bridge player, reader of books, and gardener. She had a love for animals and will be much missed by her dog Reilly. Carolyn had a beautiful smile that would always light up a room. That light will never go out and will remain in our hearts forever.

Friends will be received at the Lockhart Reception Centre, 116 Montreal St., Mitchell on Saturday, February 22 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. with words of remembrance spoken at 3:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the the Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo Stratford Perth would be appreciated and may be made at LockhartFuneralHome.com or simply plant a flower for her in the spring.
