In Loving Memory of Marion Sue Royals
June 14, 1943 – February 14, 2025

Marion Sue Royals, 81 of Loris, SC passed away February 14, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones. She was married to her loving husband, who was her best friend, John K. Royals for 54 years before his untimely passing.

Sue was an avid talker, who never met a stranger, she always had a smile on her face and loved everyone that crossed her path. She was a rock for her family, a one of a kind who had a knack for making everyone feel loved and entertained.

Born in Huntingdon, TN she was the daughter of Ilie Williams and Dessa Williams. She attended school in Clarksburg, TN and later graduated from Conway High School after completing night school. She went on to complete a nursing course and worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

She is survived by her 4 loving children, Marilyn Leonard, Jackie Williams (Marva), John K. Royals, II (Naomi), and Jennifer R. Murphy (Donald). Four grandchildren Courtney (Brandon), Devan, Jessica and Penelope. One great grandchild, Lily Jean Franklin. Her brother, Darrell Williams, and her sister-in-law, Margaret Royals.

Sue was predeceased by her beloved brothers Elvis Williams and Harold Williams.

The memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 19, 2025 with visitation at 12pm and the service following at 1pm at the Myrtle Beach Church of Christ, located at 4500 Wild Iris Drive in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
