Jimmie was born and raised in Silsbee Texas. He served in the air force as a mechanic, and while stationed in Syracuse he met the love of his life and wife Janet who he was predeceased by him March of 2020. They owned Jan Dee’s kennel for 43 years. He also worked at Tracey road equipment as a diesel mechanic and then became a foreman. Jimmie had a heart of gold, and the true strength of a fighter. He will be missed immensely. We want to thank the Syracuse VA for their outstanding care and compassion during his time in the hospital.

Per Jimmies wishes there will be no calling hours, just a small family gathering at Donna and Ray Parker's home at a future date.
