Ellis was born February 14, 2020, to Francisco and Vanessa Conejo Sanchez in Odessa, TX. His life might have been short lived, but he knew nothing but love. Everywhere he went he made friends and impacted so many lives. He will be missed and remembered by everyone who got to know him and his sweet smiles and cuddles.
Ellis is survived by his parents, Vanessa Conejo, Francisco Sanchez; siblings, Amberlly Conejo, Mikael Sanchez, Levi Sanchez, and one on the way.
Ellis walked through the gates of Heaven on Friday, February 14, 2025.
