Darlene Miller was welcomed by her Lord and Savior into her heavenly home on February 14, 2025 at the age of 84.  Darlene was born in Coahoma, Texas February 22, 1940 to Coy Ree and Alliene Marie (Barron) Gregg.  Darlene grew up in Coahoma, graduating from Coahoma High School in 1958.  Through mutual friends, Darlene met Jack Horace Miller and they were married in 1959 beginning a devoted partnership that spanned over six decades.  Darlene was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  Her life was a testament to unwavering love, faith and family, always putting God first.  She was a devoted Christian and truly had the heart of a servant.

Darlene is survived by her husband of 65 years, Jack, her son Eric (Annette), her daughter Cindy (Curtis), her six grandchildren, Cody (Bree), Chelsey (Stephen), Gregg (Christine), Zanna (Derek), Eli (Devin), and Zachary (Jessica), and eleven great grandchildren, Wyatt, Carter, Hunter, Ryan, Ariah, Grant, Evan, Travis, Charlotte, Callie and Colton.

Special thanks are given to Brookdale Remington Assisted Living, and Enhabit Hospice for her care since their move to the Brookdale Community late last year.  Their willingness to go the extra mile and especially during the last few weeks of her life is greatly appreciated.
