Joe, lovingly known by many as Jab, will be deeply missed by everyone that knew him. He was always ready to crack a joke or strike up a conversation with someone. He enjoyed the simple pleasures in life - a good meal topped off with a delicious dessert, a round of golf, a Penn State win (which didn't come without yelling at the TV), or a day spent surrounded by his family, especially his granddaughters. Joe spent his time making sure his family always knew how much he loved them and how proud he was.
Surviving is a son, Joseph Bilyo, and wife Samantha, Mayfield; two grandchildren, Emily and Julia Bilyo; brother, Robert Bilyo, and wife, Kathy, Rome, NY; sister, Nancy Fiore, and husband, Patrick, Peckville; his former spouse and longtime companion, Rosemary Bilyo, Throop; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Bilyo.
