John Nicholas Arb Jr. age 91 passed away Friday, February 14, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones. He was a beloved, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and the best father-in-law anyone can ask for. His first past time was family and second was motorcycles and classic cars.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Nancy Arb; parents, John Sr. and Virginia Arb; and brother Tim Arb.
He is survived by his children, John Nicholas Arb III(Lisa), David Lee Arb(Lisa Denise), Brian James Arb(Carmen), and Douglas Arb; grandchildren, James Arb, Garrett Arb, and Emily Muse; great granddaughter Everly Muse; sister, Diane Hartman(Milton); his long haired dachshund’s Sissy and Rosey and cat “Best in Show” “Patch”.
A service to honor the life of John Nicholas Arb Jr. will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 202,5 at 3 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with Carson Scarborough officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 18, 202,5 from 12 pm to 3 pm. The interment will be at Summeour Methodist Cemetery in Dalton, GA.
