Billie Jean Coleman, 52 of West Portsmouth, died Friday, February 14, 2025. She was born September 27, 1972 in Portsmouth to the late Bill and Ruth Gilliam Carr.

Billie is survived by her husband Dannie Lee “Bo” Coleman, whom she married on November 14, 2005, 5 daughters; Chelsea (Zack) Bukiewicz, Kimberly Coleman, Haley Coleman, Carlie Coleman and Alyssa Meabon, a brother, Scott Carr, 2 sisters; Rhonda Carr and Barbara Conley, brothers in law; David (Dani) Coleman and Brian Coleman, a sister in law Melissa (Nick) Coche, 16 grandchildren; Piper, Riley, Raelynn, Haven, Sophia, Isabella, Iasiah, Zoey, Aria, Maverick, Harper, Haddie, Hazel, Cooper, Parker and Lucie, 5 nieces; Deanna Carr, Kendra Harrison, Riley Thompsons, Alexis Harlow and Taylor Coleman, 4 nephews; Jack White, Kyle Conley, Tommy Conley and Reese Coleman along with many friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, February 20, 2025 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Pastor Pete Shaffer officiating and interment in Friendship Cemetery.
