In Loving Memory of Brendan John Conlon November 16, 1951 – February 14, 2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Brendan John Conlon on February 14, 2025, in Markham, Ontario.

Born on November 16, 1951, in Ireland, Brendan was a devoted husband to the late Agnes “Ini” Conlon (née Smyth) and a loving father to his two sons, Bradley (Jennifer) and Cory (Erica). He was also a proud grandfather to Chase and Rhett, who brought immense joy to his life.

A skilled engineer by trade, Brendan was the President of Ontario Sewing Automation.

Brendan will be remembered for his sharp intellect, amazing sense of humour, unwavering work ethic, and the kindness he extended to those around him. His legacy of perseverance and generosity will live on through his family, friends, and all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025, at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m..

In lieu of flowers, donations in Brendan’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation, causes that were meaningful to him and his family.

Brendan’s presence will be deeply missed but forever held in our hearts.
