Diana Beth (Shreve) Lease

   Diana Beth (Shreve) Lease, 82, of Keyser, West Virginia, went home to be with her Savior on February 14, 2025 at UPMC Western Maryland. 

   Born June 11, 1942, in Upper Tract, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Alvin Bowers Shreve and Mable (Painter) Shreve.  Beth, as she was known to her family and friends, was a wife and a mother.  She loved the Lord and her family above all else. 

   Beth was preceded in death by her beloved daughter Elizabeth Umstott, as well as her mother, father, brother Doug Shreve and two sisters Kitty Alt and Peggy Smith, and many other family members.

   Beth is survived by her husband of 64 years, Ernest “Ernie” Lease; a son, Jeffrey “Craig” Lease of Keyser; two daughters, Rebecca “Becki” Lease (Sonny) of Keyser and Kathy Werner (Bobby) of Frostburg; a brother, Dennis Shreve of Keyser and a sister, Eva Ansel of Springfield, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she loved very much.  She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews that were with her until the very end. 

   Friends and family will be received at Grace Fellowship of Mineral Baptist Church on Rt. 46 between 11:00 and 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.  Service will immediately follow visitation at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Kris Lengel officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
