Robert J. Friesorger

Beloved father and grandfather passed away on Friday, February 14, 2025. Age 92 years. The son of the late Andrew and Christina (Bean) Friesorger, Robert was born on December 15, 1932, in Saginaw, Michigan. He married Rose M. Kappel on October 24, 1959. She predeceased him on September 12, 2014. Robert was a realtor for many years. He was a member of St. Dominic Parish. He enjoyed bowling and spending time with his family.

Surviving to cherish his memory are two daughters, Amy Simpson, Saginaw; Lisa Tetloff, Saginaw; seven grandchildren, Alyssa and Grayson MacMillan, Brenden Tetloff, Briana Tetloff, Dre Simpson, Eric Simpson, Kristopher Simpson and Tessa Simpson. Robert was preceded in death by an infant son, Robert Jr., his son-in-law, Troy Simpson and many brothers and sisters.

Funeral Liturgy will take place 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at St. Dominic Parish – St. Stephen Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Richard John will officiate with interment to follow in St. Andrew Cemetery. Friends may visit at the church where the family will be present on Tuesday, from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass.
