Audey, Emma C., 94, Westmont, passed away February 15, 2025 at Quality Life Services in Westmont. Born February 5, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of the late Fr. George Nasser and Riketta (Nichols) Norman. Preceded in death by husband, James Audey; brother, Fred Norman; also by numerous brothers in law and sisters in law. Survived by loving daughter, Lucinda Audey, Alexandria, VA; son, James Audey; daughter, Requetta "Riki" Audey, both of Johnstown; and daughter, Janna Audey married to Rob Santos, Alexandria, VA; sister, Rhoda Zdravecky; brother, George Norman; also by numerous nieces and nephews. Emma was a life-long devoted member of St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church, Alberta Ave. in Westmont, where she sang in the choir for many years. She was also an active member of the Johnstown Symphony chorus, the Holiday Inn swim club and played Pinochle in several groups. Emma studied music at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY. Emma was a devoted mother and was known for her quirky sense of humor. Emma was a former Secretary at the Medical Records Dept. of Memorial Medical Center and she will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Thank you to Fr. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 19th from 11:00 a.m. to time of Funeral service to begin 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church, 111 Alberta Ave. Johnstown, PA 15905 with her Priest, the Very Rev., Fr. Donald Shadid. Private burial next to her husband, James at Benshoff Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Mary Special Projects Fund or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Emma's name.
