Kenneth T. Ruffen, 92, of Chambersburg, passed away at home on Thursday, December 10, 2015, surrounded by his family. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at the W. F. Sellers Funeral Home. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Ft.
