Dunn Iwonia Fowler Obituary
Dunn Iwonia “Donnie” Fowler, age 88, of Dermott, died Thursday, February 13 in Dermott. She was born on August 29, 1936, to Archie C. and Dora Cash od McArthur. She was a baker (baked cakes and pies for the public), a babysitter for many years (until her health prevented those activities), and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Ganvel Fowler, Sr.; a son, Robert Ganvel (Bob) Fowler, Jr.; and many brothers and sisters.
She is survived by a daughter, Sue Fowler Jones (Dale) of Dermott; three sons, Jim Fowler and Mark Fowler (Stormie) of Dermott and Gary Fowler (Mina) of Rancho Cucamonga, California; a daughter in law, Teresa Fowler of Cominto; sister, Annie Taylor of Crossett, AR; nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
Private graveside service will be held at Dermott City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bishop-King Funeral home of Lake Village.
