A Graveside Service will be held for Mr. Thomas Jackson Hoover, 68, of Fountain City, Tennessee, in the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, Governor's John Seiver Highway, Knoxville, Tennessee at 11:00 a.m. with Military Rites being performed. Mr. Hoover is the brother of George (Ertha) Hoover of Statesville.
