His remains will lie in state on Friday, November 23, 2018 from 5pm until 8pm at Small’s Mortuary, 7000 Bellingrath Road, Theodore, AL. A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 from 9am until the 11am funeral hour at Lighthouse Apostolic Holiness Church, 9890 Tom Waller Road, Grand Bay, AL.
