Carolyn P. Washington, age 71, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. Carolyn was born on July 28, 1953 to the late James and Irma Lenaris Washington. She is survived by a loving daughter, Kayla Anderson; siblings, James, Lionel (Michelle), Leonard (Dare), John (Abigail) and Terry Washington. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her beloved sister, Gloria Washington Moore and her soulmate, Milton "Mootie" Joseph Anderson. All are invited to attend the funeral. A Celebration service honoring the life and legacy of the late Carolyn P. Washington will be held at Corinne Missionary Baptist Church, 5620 E. Judge Perez Drive, Violet, LA 70092 on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 10 am, Dr. John Bailey, Jr., Host Pastor, Rev. Ronnie London, Pastor of Second Missionary Baptist Church, Officiating.
