Ron loved the Lord and his family most of all. He was an active member of St. Johns Lutheran Church, where he served as an Elder for the last 7 years. Ron also loved being engaged in different activities around the church. He enjoyed spending time with those closest to him. He would help anyone, given the opportunity. He loved to laugh, even if he always messed up his jokes. He enjoyed the annual fishing trips with the Wells boys every Labor Day weekend, but fishing, not so much. He went to spend time with his brothers more than anything else. He would not miss it for the world, even through his illness. Ron loved gardening with his wife TC. Ron and TC enjoyed harvesting and canning the fruits of their labor. Everyone loved their pickled beets, carrots, and dilly beans! Ron always kept busy working on the homestead and putzing around with a project started but never finished. He seldom traveled far from home, spending time with family was his favorite pastime.
