Elliott James Lewandowski, age 32, of Bloomfield, WI, passed into eternity on January 29th, 2025. Born on December 23rd, 1992, in Elkhorn, WI, he was a beloved son of Henry and Catherine (Fadian) Lewandowski.
From a young age, Elliott had a deep fascination with trains and railroading, a passion that remained with him throughout his life. A dedicated collector of model train sets, he found joy in bringing the steam locomotive era to life. His love for trains led him to fulfill his dream of working for the Union Pacific Railroad, where he proudly served as a conductor, last assigned to the Metra passenger service out of Crystal Lake, IL.
Elliott was an old soul, drawn to the elegance and charm of the 1930s and 1940s. He had a classic style and was rarely seen without his vintage suits and signature fedora, embodying an era he so dearly admired. His warmth, kindness, and appreciation for life’s simple pleasures left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Elliott was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He dedicated two years of his life to missionary service in Provo, Utah, strengthening his testimony and sharing the gospel with others.
Elliott will be dearly missed by his loving parents, Henry and Catherine, and his younger brother, Ethan. He is further survived by his aunts, Krys (Dan) Eaker and Marian (Brendan) Flynn; his uncle, Michael (Dervila) Fadian; and his cousins, Nikki, Teagan, and Aoife.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 10th, 2025, at 11:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, W4615 Potter Rd., Elkhorn, WI. A visitation will take place at the church on Sunday, February 9, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
