Services for Florence R. (Santorelli) Achin, 94,of Mentor, will be at 7 PM on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Vineyard Community Church, 1928 East 300th Street, Wickliffe. Pastor Brent Paulson will officiate at the service.

The family will receive friends from 2-7 PM on Wednesday, prior to the service, at the Church.

Mrs. Achin passed away Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Highland Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center in Highland Heights.

Born July 17, 1924 in Cleveland, she was raised in Collinwood and graduated from Collinwood High School. She has lived in Mentor for more than 60 years.

She was an avid bowler up until age 92 and loved the Cleveland Indians.

Mrs. Achin retired from The Mill-Rose Company in Mentor.

Survivors are her daughters, Paula (Bill) Haley and Doreen (Jim) Parker-Kuczma; grandchildren, Brian, Jeffrey, Adam, John, Grant, Julian, Dillon and Rachel; great-grandchildren, Jeremiah, Cody, Jordan, Audria, Natalie and Gracie and five great-great grandchildren. She also leaves her sister, Carol Hokavar and daughter-in-law, Linda Stone and their families.

She was preceded in death by her husband’s, George Stone and James Achin and her son, John Stone. Her parents, James and Susie (Silveroli) Santorelli and four siblings are also deceased.
