Robert Arthur Tveite died after a fatal fall on the Eliot Glacier while hiking the northeast slopes of Mt. Hood on January 27th, 2025. He loved exploring Portland on foot or bike. He found contentment and joy when hiking the Oregon mountains and challenging himself to greater ascents.
Robert was born in Albert Lea, Minnesota on January 29, 1986. He is survived by his parents, John and Pat, sister Molly and brother Chuck (Nicole). Uncle Robert’s favorite niece, Scout, will miss him very much.
