It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dennis P. Hogan on January 22, 2025 at the age of 77. A celebration of life will be held at Clayton’s Funeral Home in King’s Park on Wednesday January 29th, 2025 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Thursday January 30th at 9:30am meet at Clayton’s funeral home to continue on to the final resting place at Calverton Cemetery. We welcome all who knew him to join us in celebrating the life of a man who was loved deeply and will be remembered forever and will always be missed.
Dennis P. Hogan was born on February 18th, 1947 in Wilkes-Barre, PA to Ruth June Hogan and Patrick Dennis Hogan.
Dennis met the love of his life and Soulmate Deborah A. Hogan of 47 years in 1983 they met and soon after they Spent their days together living life to the fullest, partying throughout life with Beloved Friends and Family, Vacationing in Florida and taking trips to Foxwoods for a well deserved splurge, to even enjoying the Quiet, Calmer, Slower walks of life basking in each others presence of true love, strength and happiness.
During Dennis' Younger Years he Attended Kings Park High School and went on to serve in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.
Dennis Grew into a remarkable Soul with many ambitions and Hobbies including his Motorcycles, Vintage Cars and Antiques. He loved his Family and Friends like no other, cherishing every Moment, Conversation and Connection he had made. Treasured Brother of Joe, Eugene, Katie, Julia, Patricia and Dearly loved Husband of Deborah A. Hogan, Esteemed Father Of Evelyn, Alexander, Charlie, Dennis, Matthew and Joseph as well as an Absolute Cherished Grandfather of many.
Dennis will always be known as a pillar of strength and a beacon of love, his absence leaves a void in our hearts and the moments we’ve cherished will always be carried with us in our memories Forever.
