Bernice Marie Rogers Buffin, 89, passed away Sunday November 11, 2018. Bernice was married to the late Bobby Buffin. She was born in Mt. Sterling KY, May 27, 1929. She was raised by her late grandparents Hertle and Emma Barnett. Bernice was the rock of the family. Bernice is survived by her daughters, Edith Riggs, Lexington, Clara (James) Thornton, Lexington, and Teresa (Wayne) Dalton, Versailles. Also her grandchildren, Danielle (Jon) McGeorge, Vincent Riggs, Kenny Riggs, Angela (Shawon) Ethington, Ashley Thornton, Bimbo Thornton, and Dukie Thornton and numerous great grandchildren. She enjoyed quilting blankets, working in the yard with her flowers, watching Bonanza and shopping. No services will be held. ClarkLegacyCenter.com
