Ronald L. Swanson Sr., 68, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away November 11, 2018. He was born December 20, 1949, in Kewanee, Illinois, to Lyle Vernon and Esther (Howland) Newell. Survivors include his loving wife of 42 years, Kathy Swanson; son, Ron Swanson and his wife Jessica; and granddaughter, Maggie Swanson. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. A celebration of Ronald’s life will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Crestview Cemetery with Pastor Lance Arguello officiating.
