陳頌寧翁 (陳李惠芳之丈夫, 磊岳, 薫岳, 小菁之令尊)廣東省台山市三合鎮温泉鄉鳳元閣人氏,痛於二零一八年十月廿日逝世積閏享壽九十有七歲,遺體現停厝五福殯儀舘謹定於十一月十九日(星期一)下午三時至七時開祭十一月廿日(星期二) 上午十時正出殯安葬布碌崙柏山墳場自置壽地. Mr. Shon Ning Chan, age 93, passed away on 10/20/2018 in Manhattan, NY. He is survived by his wife; Wai Fong Lee, son, Doctor. Loi Chan, 2 daughters, Fun Gobel, Sue Chan, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Viewing hours will be held on Monday, Nov.19, 2018 from 3 - 7 PM at Ng Fook Funeral Services, LLC, New York, NY. Funeral Procession will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2018 at Ng Fook Funeral Services, LLC with officiating . Burial will be at Cypress Hills Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY on Tuesday, Nov. 20 2018 at 11:00 AM.
