Jody Owens, age 72, of Rutherfordton, NC, died Friday, January 10, 2025 at her home.
She was the daughter of the late Joe & Lucy Johnson Vickers and a native of Rutherford County. Jody was a member of Oak Springs Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband; Bobby Owens.
One Son:
Jonathan Owens (Melissa)
Two Grandsons: Hunter Owens and Peyton Owens.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Sunday, January 12, 2025 at McMahan's Funeral Home. The graveside service will be at Oak Springs Baptist Church Cemetery at 1:00 PM, Monday, January 13, 2025 with Reverend Don Hollifield officiating. Interment will be at Oak Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, McMahan's Funeral Home & Crematory in charge of arrangements.
