Billy Clifton Frazier Jr., loving father, and proud Navy veteran, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 13th at the age of 80  in Round Rock, TX, surrounded by his loving family. 

Bill was born on the 25th of April, 1944 in Plainview, TX to Billy Clifton Frazier Sr. and Dorothy Nona Farris.. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy dedicating his life to protecting the freedom and safety of his fellow Americans. During his time in the Navy, served as a mechanic.  He enjoyed socializing at church, and he was an avid reader. 

Following his retirement from the Navy, Bill continued to serve his community, at Taylor Senior Center and Bridge Church. He was a man of strong character, unwavering integrity, and a deep love for his family. He was a pillar of strength, always willing to lend a helping hand and offer guidance to those he loved. 

Bill is survived by his children, Joshua Logan Frazier and his wife, Jennifer Frazier and daughter Jo Sanderson. Grand children include: Zane Clifton Frazier, Zarya Marie Frazier, Sean Sanderson and Jesse Sanderson. As well as his sister Norma (Frank) Frazier and late son Billy Clifton Frazier III. 

A celebration of Billy's life will be held on Monday, January 6, 2025 at 2:00pm at The Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.

Billy’s  legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched and the values he instilled in those he loved. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever be cherished.
