Mr. Noah Jewell Huddleston Obituary

Noah Jewell Huddleston, a cherished father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2024, at Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, Indiana. Born on September 13, 1949, in Glasgow, Kentucky, to Harry J. and Bertha L. Fishburn Huddleston.

Noah, known affectionately to friends and family as simply Noah, was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He was a proud son of Glasgow, Kentucky, but he spent the majority of his life in Columbus, Indiana, where he established deep roots and a loving family. Noah was the beloved father of sons, Timothy J. and Steve Huddleston, both of Columbus, who will carry on his legacy of kindness and resilience.

His life was further enriched by his adoring grandchildren, Ashley Huddleston of Seymour, Jacob, Jaden, and Jordan Huddleston, Caden Hayden, Lache Hupp, and Noah Gage Hupp, all of Columbus. Each of them brought immense joy to his life, and he cherished every moment spent with them. Noah was also a proud great-grandfather to Julian Huddleston of Seymour, whose presence added a new layer of happiness to his later years.

Noah is survived by his brothers, Gene Huddleston of Columbus and Paul Doug (Bridgette) Huddleston of Azalia, who will miss his guidance and warm presence. His life was a testament to the strength of family bonds, and he will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Preceding him in death were his parents, his son, Christian J. Huddleston, and six siblings. Each of them held a special place in his heart, and he carried their memories with him throughout his life.

Noah's professional life was spent in the manufacturing industry, where he worked at Golden Foundry and Cosco Inc. He was a dedicated employee who took pride in his work, retiring in 2014 after many years of service. His colleagues knew him as a reliable and hardworking individual who was always willing to lend a hand.

Beyond his work, Noah's passions included fishing and spending quality time with his family. He found solace in the tranquility of nature and the excitement of a good catch.

As we bid farewell to Noah Jewell Huddleston, we celebrate a life well-lived and a man well-loved.
