Louisa Ann “Lou Ann” Brooks of Teeswater, passed away, after a brief illness, at Victoria Hospital, London on Friday, December 13th, 2024, in her 70th year.




Loving and devoted mother of William “Will” Brooks (Melissa).




Missed by her grandchildren, Alyssa, Donevin, Zack and Madilyn.




Fondly remembered by her sister Evelynne Kloostra, nephews Michael, David, Darryl and Gerald, niece Sherri and their families.




Predeceased by her parents, Mathew and Beatrice (née Thompson) Brooks and partner John Stead.




Lou Ann took great pride in her career as a School Bus Driver and transported hundreds of local students to and from schools in Teeswater and Wingham over 35 years of driving bus for Joe King and then Montgomery Bus Lines. She was a loyal and dedicated employee of Buddsteel and will be deeply missed by her fellow co-workers.




A celebration of Lou Ann’s life will be held in the spring.




Final resting place Culross-Teeswater Cemetery.
