Larry P. Rutherford, 75, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024 at Baystate Medical Center. He was born in Westfield to the late Harold P. and Marjorie E. (Holcomb) Rutherford. Larry worked for Columbia Manufacturing in Westfield for 49 years as a pipe bender, additionally he worked security at Six Flags New England. He loved to spend time with his children and grandchildren and take spontaneous day trips with them. He enjoyed classic country music and playing cards with his friends. Larry is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Debra M. (Cote) Rutherford of Westfield, his loving children, William J. Rutherford and his wife Laura of Orefield, PA and Nicole M. Rutherford with Daniel A. Cocrane of Westfield, and his cherished five grandchildren, Andrew Bowen, Austin Bowen, Samuel Rutherford, Stella Rutherford and Elijah Rutherford. A Funeral Home Service will be held on Friday, December 20, 2024 at 10AM in the Firtion Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield followed by burial in New Cemetery, College Highway, Southwick.
