Nathaniel Charles Salada Obituary

Nathaniel Charles Salada, 26, passed away suddenly at home of natural causes on December 13, 2024. He was born May 28, 1998 in Middleburg Heights, Ohio to Ian Maurice and Stephanie Marie Huff Salada. Nathaniel was a 2016 graduate of State College Area High School. Following graduation, he attended Penn State, where he was also employed as a student technology support specialist.

Nate was a gentle and loving son to his parents. He was a kind and caring brother to his little sister. His smile would light up the room. He spent his days working on and with computers, spending time with his family, playing video games with his friends, and researching the latest geopolitical conundrums.

Nate is survived by his parents, Ian and Stephanie Salada, and his sister, Kathryn Salada.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 19 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Koch's Funeral Home.

A memorial will be held on Friday, December 20 at 9:00am at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to A Soldier's Hands (2277 Oak Leaf Drive, State College, PA 16803 or trish@asoldiershands.org) in Nate's name.

Casual attire to the services would be appreciated. Nate never liked dressing up.
