Carla was 70 years young, born on September 12, 1954, to Franklin and Molly Oliver. Carla was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished sister, proud grandmother, and loyal friend. Known for her warm heart and generous spirit, she was loved by everyone who crossed her path. A second mother to many. She gave the best hugs, the kind that wrapped you in love. Carla brought comfort, laughter, and love to all.

Carla was a simple woman who found joy in life’s purest moments. She loved old fast cars, motorcycles, and attending car shows with her husband. Whether spending time with family laughing, singing, and dancing, or sitting peacefully by the river with a joint in hand, Carla embraced every moment with grace and joy.

Carla is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Allan J. DeGraw Sr.; her children, Alisha & Dominick Citriniti and AJ Jr. &; Kaleigh DeGraw; and her beloved grandchildren, Allura Lynn, Gavin Donald, Giada &; Malila Citriniti, AJ “Junebug DeGraw and Jayla Jackson.

She is predeceased by her parents, Franklin &; Molly Oliver; her brother, Franklin Oliver Jr.; and her daughter, Mariah Lee DeGraw.

Carla’s Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025. More details to follow.
