PINKSTON, Anne Martin  a resident of Pike Road, Alabama passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024 in a local hospital, she was 93+ years young. She was a native and life-long resident of Montgomery.

Her parents, John A. Martin and Helen G. Martin, sister Mary Jane Blount and husband Olin Gleason Pinkston, Jr. (O.G), preceded Anne in death.

She is survived by her three children O.G. Pinkston, III (Gee), Helen Pinkston (Bob) Chappelle, and Martin C. Pinkston; three grandchildren, Hannah Chappelle (Cody) Phillips, Grayson Bragg Chappelle, and Katherine Garrett Pinkston; great grandchildren, Parker Alan Phillips, Anne Merritt Phillips, and Olive Gleason White. She is also survived by her sister Helen Martin Rodgers (Honey). She was a member of Woodland United Methodist Church, where she served in various leadership roles and enjoyed fellowship.

A memorial service will be held at Woodland United Methodist Church, Cecil, Alabama on Friday December 20, 2024, at 11:00 AM. Family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 - 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to a charity of choice.
