Bobby Harold Cook, 77, of Franklin, passed away Friday, December 13, 2024.


Bobby was born in Bryson City to the late Fred and Della Lequire Cook. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Cook. He was a member of Sugarfork Baptist Church, the owner of Cook Telephone Contractors for over 40 years, and an avid golfer and hunter. He loved spending time with his family and friends.


He is survived by his son, Chris Cook (Anita); daughter, Alaina Cook Williams (Johann); grandchildren, Brittney Williams, Katie Campbell, Peyten Williams, Amber Southard (Kyle), Cole Cook; great grandchildren, Brayden Williams, Maddie Williams, Teegan Campbell, Riverlynn Southard; siblings, Bernice Davis, Richard Cook, George Cook, Nina Stiles (Fred), Don Cook (Esta), Ted Cook, Cindy Caudle (Rodney), Betty Pannell, Kim Cook, and numerous nieces and nephews.


The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 18th at Macon Funeral Home from 4-5pm. A celebration of life will be held in the Chapel following the visitation. Rev. Steve Reeves will officiate.
