Glen W. Davison Obituary

Glen W. Davison, 57, of Columbia, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024, at Lancaster General Hospital- Penn Medicine after a brief illness.


He was born in Lancaster to Charlotte (Springer) Davison of Ephrata and the late John Frederick Davison.


Glen had a heart of gold and a smile for everyone. He loved country music, (especially The Judds), The incredible Hulk, bowling and was a fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. Glen will be truly missed by everyone that knew him.


In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, Daniel E., husband of Bonnie (Crossan) Davison of Dammeron Valley, UT; a sister, Linda D., wife of Richard Killian of Lancaster; a nephew, Matthew J. Davison of UT, and his wonderful caregivers and residents at his group home, all of whom he considered family.


A viewing will be held Friday, December 20, 2024, from 4 to 6 pm, at Stradling Funeral Home, 30 N. 9th St., Akron, followed by a time of sharing at 6 pm. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.


In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Kathy's Circle of Friends, 1817 William Penn Way, Lancaster, PA 17601.
