Mary Jean Allen, 81, of Abilene Texas passed away at her home on December 13,2024. Funeral services will be held Saturday December 21, 2024, at North's Funeral Home at 10AM. Visitation from 9-10AM Saturday December 21, 2024. With pastor Jami McCravey officiating.
Mary was born in Michigan on October 14,1943 to parents Thomas Neal Allen and Maureen Lumen Allen which proceeded her in death.
Mary was a graduate of Snyder Nursing School. She worked in several hospitals in the area. In which she worked and retired from Abilene State School.
Mary is the mother to her two sons Thomas M Allen and Johnny L Ballard. Daughter-in law Olivia Allen a n d two granddaughters Savannah and Summer Allen. She was the oldest of six girls and is survived by Joyce Howard, Patti Graham, Tammy Siegfried, Robin Raber and Christie Albin. She is also survived by thirteen Nieces and Nephews.
Mary was a loving mother and grandmother and dedicated nurse to the community in which she resided.
