Born on September 14, 1955, to the late Henry and Frances Arhelger, Frances was a cherished sister, devoted mother, doting grandmother, and adored great-grandmother whose warmth and love knew no bounds.

Frances, affectionately known by all as simply Frances, was a true embodiment of compassion and selflessness. Her radiant spirit and unwavering dedication to her family were the cornerstones of her life. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, and her husband, Mark Ramage, with whom she shared many treasured moments.

Left to honor Frances's memory are her children, Kenneth Cavanaugh and his wife Mary, and Shelly Beck, alongside her former son-in-law John Thomas Beck. Frances's legacy continues through her adoring grandchildren, Josiah, Kenneth, and Kaitlyn Cavanaugh, as well as Roger and Thomas Scott. Her great-grandchild, Ares Scott, will grow up hearing tales of his great-grandmother's boundless love and generosity. Frances is also survived by her siblings, Bernice Baldwin, Jean Bartlett, Mary Detalente, and Henry Arhelger, who will miss her deeply.
