Frountfelter – Pamela “Pam” Elaine Frounfelter, age 65, of Macclenny, Florida passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024, at Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on August 23, 1959, to the late Chesley Starling and Wilma Pierce Starling. Pam was a lifelong resident of Baker County. She graduated from Baker County High School in 1977 and had a long successful career at UF Shands Proton Center as a Customer Service Representative. Pam was most passionate about her family and being a mother and grandmother brought her the greatest joy. She was a provider and always worked hard to ensure her family was taken care of. Pam was very creative and talented with her hands. She enjoyed making crafts and memorable pieces that could be passed on to those she loved. Pam’s warmth and generosity touched many and the love she gave will be forever appreciated. More than anything, Pam cherished spending time with her family and making precious memories with them. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers-in-law, Thomas “T.R” Raymond Mizell, Jr., Tony Vacchiano, and Ronnie Smith.

Pam is survived by her loving children, Ryan (Nicole) Johns of Baldwin, FL, Chelsie Mynes, and Megan Frounfelter both of Macclenny, FL; four sisters, Debby Smith of Houston, TX, Patsy Vacchiano, Robin Starling, and Bridget Mizell all of Macclenny, FL; grandchildren, Raegan, Kaeson, Tay, Tanner, Ty, Adrian, Bryson, and James; aunts, Annette Sapp and Jean Stafford; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Pam’s Life will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Ferreira Funeral Services. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pam’s honor to the funeral home to assist with expenses. Arrangements are under the care and direction of V.
